PPE Series
The magnets of the PPe series are purely electrically operated plug-and-play tensioners
They can be easily controlled via any common I/O module and integrated into any industrial application without much effort.
It combines the proven Magswitch technology of a switchable, extremely strong, fail-safe magnet with integrated component recognition for intelligent process monitoring, thus enabling safe and precise handling even in automated environments.

E Series
The E-Series combines Magswitch’s patented core technology with electrical activation.
Specially optimized for EOAT applications in gripper construction and robot handling, the E-Series offers an adjustable magnetic field for flexible adjustment of the magnetic force.
It enables the destacking of the thinnest parts, removal of parts from containers and integrates automatic double sheet inspection.

The Magswitch ELAY series combines several magnets in one housing, making it perfect for handling long pipes or profiles or steel beams.
With an electrically controllable magnetic field, this automation-capable magnetic gripper can be controlled via CANopen protocols to destack and pick up single or multiple sheets.
Even heavy loads can be transported fail-safe via the magnets connected in series.
Adjustable pole shoes improve the handling of complex contours.
The ELAY series is particularly suitable for the compressed airless handling of pipes or steel beams for further processing.
The automation of feeding in machine tools or positioning of steel profiles in welding fixtures is particularly suitable for the ELAY series.
